watched KUNG FU DUNK, and CJ7 today. it was not as the critics and papers said, it was in fact, GOOD. worth the money, for me at least, hahaha..

the following 3 paragraphs are of my own opinions and are of no intention of offence to any newspaper or movie critic:

CJ7 aka Chang Jiang Qi Hao, was a humour filled family comedy. although not as funny as other stephen chow movies, it was as though he passed his "humour skills" to his boy partner, Dicky Chow (the boy's name in the movie). most of the humour came from the boy, his friends and CJ7, while stephen chow dropped back to playing the caring father of the boy.. it has its very funny parts (although lame) and its touching parts (although it cant match the touching-ness of I Not Stupid 2). warning: this movie is not meant for the matured and the offendable, cos the jokes are LAME, and the touching parts are just child's play, just enough to remind u that it is actually a touching scene. people who are offendable would just walk out of the cinema ranting away (SERIOUSLY ranting away, not JOKINGLY) that they have wasted 90mins of their life. although not as good as other Stephen Chow's movies, i think the newspapers and critics should not have condemned this movie so harshly, its a fun movie for the family, and also, a good change from all the nonsensical humour from his other movies, hahaha. remember, this movie is for the "lame". xD

Kung Fu Dunk aka Kung Fu Guan Lan, is an action packed basketball movie. and also for Jay Chou's fans, lol. the kung fu actions are so wonderful, the basketball moves are so perfectly worked out, its not reality we're talking abt here, but what can u expect? its a movie, haha.. i really admire the director for sqeezing one huge chunk of story into about 90mins of show time. the fun part of this show is that jay chou sheds his emo boy character, into one which is bad boy, defiant, act cute, and cool at the same time. haha, nice to watch, especially the basketball moves, too cool. for basketball lovers and jay chou fans, gogogo! for non jay chou fans, or non basketball lovers, byebye, lol.. again, the newspapers and critics have heavily criticised this show, but in my opinion, those critics should rate in the views of Singaporeans instead of the whole world, after all, those critics are rating for whom? Singaporeans, duh. for me, kung fu dunk was good, ^^ (except for the love story)

Humour rating: CJ7 - 7/10 * K.F.D - 6/10
Romance rating: CJ7 - 2.5/10 * K.F.D - 2/10
Morality rating: CJ7 - 7.5/10 * K.F.D - 7/10
Action rating: CJ7 - 4/10 * K.F.D - 9.5/10

i seriously HATE those people who consistently try to convert other people into other religions, as well as all those who make sarcastic hints as to try to hint to someone that a religion is lousy or watever..

i mean, c'mon, respect other people's religion and culture, its not like everyone has to be muslim, buddhist or christian right? thats what makes singapore so peaceful. yes i admit that im seeing less and less buddhists or taoists around me, but i dont go around preaching to other people and forcing or hinting to another person to convert to taoism.. leave it that way, a person has his or her own rights to choose their own religion. unless of course, that particular individual is very dear to you, and u hope to have the same interests as him or her. dont just go around telling people to join your religion just because u want to see more people becoming the same religion as you.. what if that particular person's family has their own religion? you'll be breaking up someone's family culture, maybe passed down for generations.. if you are unfortunate enough to create family problems in that person's family just because of your decision to try to convert him/her, shame on you.

muacks to joshua for getting the same points as me, hahaha.. but seriously, i really feel i dont deserve the 12 points, its like i slacked so much and played with my friends a lot during the o's, getting 12 points is like a miracle to me O.o wanted to go to TP's business course, in the end getting forced by my dad to put CJC as my first choice, and since i have affiliation to CJC, minusing 2 points, my admission to CJC is almost confirmed, i think.. im still so confused abt jc, i've been planning to go poly all along, and i have absolutely no info abt JC, accept for the obvious fact that JC is only 2 years, lol? SIGHH, school starting in a few weeks time, damn sian, WHAT IF I CANT COPE?!?! NooOoOoOoo...

i see people minusing from 4-6 points, wtf? while i only get to minus 1 point from CCA, not including affiliation, IMBA. lol..
