when i woke up today, i thought i just suffered a stroke or something. i couldnt move my arms whatsoever. except only to turn on my side and use my hands to pick up the phone. i think i over-trained yesterday, my arms are like stuck in one position and if i have to move it to another position i need to use a lot of strength.
so i didnt go to school today, haizZZzz, huixin's chem energetics is still with me and zy's chem equillibra notes is also with me, lol. sorry people. im also having a cold cos of yesterday. stupid me wear the stupid jersey on the cold bus, plus on the way home, the wind was so strong T_T
