966 - is literally a memory lane bus for me. marine parade, parkway parade, amber road, still road, PIE, boon keng, catholic jc, pending road, marsiling, and woodlands. from past to present. what a bus ride. what a nostalgic bus ride.
the weather hates me. on friday, the zoo trip started out fine. until the time when we got hungry. then it wasnt fine haha. when we ate at kfc, it rained a little. i think that made the animals sleepy. and we hardly got to see much after that. but it was still fun exploring the whole zoo and all the cute animals :D especially the white tiger lol. we planned to watch a movie after that. but we were too epic-ly tired. went to lot 1 before heading for home.
saturday was bad. really bad. the weather was fine! omg it was too fine i guess. prepared everything with edmund and qianyi and got ready for the bbq early too. but by 5 plus it rained. and by 6 plus it stopped already. we fetched the people, cooked some food, but by 8 plus or 9 plus it rained heavily and we had to cancel everything. the worst part was that we had nowhere to go after that. and we just sat at a random place, celebrated gensen's birthday, and many people left after that. it was heartbreaking to see everyone leaving without enjoying themselves - and they still had to pay for things which they didn't eat and drinks they didn't drink. i'm so sorry guys. really wanted to spend more time with all of you. i think it'll be hard for me to organise another outing. i shall.. retire? lol. still, thanks a lot to edmund for doing a lot of sai kang. clement for helping me with the buying of food on thursday but you didn't bring home anything lol. and qianyi for doing everything, i think you did more than me haha. sorry for choosing a bad date.
slept over at edouard's. as usual, his mum is just too kind (: the epic sandwich for supper and hotcakes for breakfast were awesome, i'd never have any of this at home. thanks edouard.
